Making A Purchase :
Just browse our web site to find products you want then go to the "Shop" page and click "add" against any items that you wish to buy and this will put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "view basket" and then "Go to payments" you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment via Pay Pal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK pounds or your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard via Pay Pal. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling: All orders are charged from £10.00 + VAT for UK Mainland up to 30 Kg. Export based on final shipping weight and destination using FEDEX rates. See www.fedex.com for more information.
Delivery Schedule:
Delivery time for DIY or similar products is normally within 3 working days for goods shipped within the UK. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Overseas orders should satisfy that the goods meet all your requirements in particular the mains operating voltage (240V AC) and the transmission frequency remains legal for use in your country. Large system orders should allow up to 4 weeks for delivery within the UK and 6 weeks for export.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Overseas orders:
You may also be liable for additional import duty tax which remains your responsibility.
Credit Card Security;
Goods ordered by credit / debit card will only be sent to card holders address. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your credit card statement will show as payment to Agritech PCs. Anti fraud safeguards are in place and Agritech Computers will pursue prosecution for any fraudulent orders placed.
Guarantee;
While Agritech Computers shall make every effort to effect fast delivery they shall not be held liable for lost profits, loss of business or any other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, or any claim by a third party. All orders from Agritech Computers may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RA). All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RA) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied. Agritech Computers is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Agritech Computers cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured. The customer should inspect the goods on receipt and within 7 days advise Agritech Computers of any shortages or defect in either material or workmanship.
Cancellation:
Distance Selling Regulations ('DSRs'):
The DSRs do not apply to business to business contracts.
Customers have the right to cancel orders within 7 working days commencing the day following deliveryto exercise cancellation rights without giving a reason.
The customer must pay for the cost of returning the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All manufacturers names are named for compatibility reasons only and belong to their respective owners.
